Austin is the capital city of the U.S. state of Texas, as well as the seat and largest city of Travis County, with portions extending into Hays and Williamson counties. It has been one of the fastest growing large cities in the United States since 2010. Downtown Austin and Downtown San Antonio are approximately 80 miles (129 km) apart, and both fall along the Interstate 35 corridor. Some observers believe that the two regions may some day form a new "metroplex" similar to Dallas and Fort Worth. Austin is the southernmost state capital in the contiguous United States and is considered a "Beta −" global city as categorized by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network.

What I like about it
Such a wide range of dishes, with different styles of cuisine. Nothing like going full health food for the meal, and then a decadent dessert.
El Arroyo
This restaurant is known for the signs placed out front. There are literally books made up entirely of the different sayings that go on the sign. It honestly needs no other introduction.

What I like about it
Don't dismiss the signs. They are well worth a trip! The food is also incredible. Fresh, delicious ingredients, and the service is amazing.

Fresh ingredient wood-fired pizzas with a self-serve tap wall. Near Vandegrift High School, Four Points Middle School, and Concordia University Texas. Less than five minutes from Lake Travis!

The pizzas are incredible, and I've never come across anything like the self-serve tap wall before while I've travelled. This is great all around.
